Key Capacity Building Outputs :
Through the proposed activities, more than 50 researchers will be supported across three research themes, and more than 20 young students or research staffs will have a chance to participate the Global Exchange Program that supports the collaborative research with international partners.
The Centre has a target to increase proportion of female engineers involved in the Centre by 30%, and also champion the advancement female academics, so they are ready for more senior roles.
